The Department also has equipment such as high speed refrigerated centrifuges, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, Bioreactor system, Fermenter, CO2 incubators, CO2-O2 Incubator, Electrophoresis apparatus, Electroporator, Gel documentation and chemiluminescent system, Multimode reactor, PCR, Realtime PCR, Flash Chromatography, HPLC, GC, LCMS, Vacuum concentrator, TG and 2D Electrophoresis (IEF), Flow cytometer, Lyophilizer, Luminometer, MACS (Magnetic Active Cell Sorter) Phase contrast, Fluorescence and Inverted Microscopes, -80o C deep freezers, Ultrasonicator, Luminescence Spectrometer and Microplate Spectrofluorimeter.
