Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

The Pondicherry University has entered /entering into a MOU’s/MOA’s/Agreements with various Institutions to establish operations in Research and Education across the disciplines.  The MOU were signed to improve students/scholars/faculty/administrative staff exchange, undertake research, cultural and academic activities and facilitate the sharing of knowledge and research facilities.  The University has entered into MOUs with National/International Government Bodies/Organization, Private, Cooperate, Academic and Research Institutions.

The primary objective of MOU between two or more Universities/Institutions/Industry/Research University/Foundations/Societies is to create a means Cooperative efforts to academic and Research activities of Faculty, Research Scholars, students of all disciplines and Academic administration for the Academic administrators.  An MOU are mutually beneficial to establish and promote the development of Joint studies, Research and Training activities, and other exchange of mutual interest.

At present University has signed 43 MOU’s with International University/Institutions and 53 MOU’s with National Institutions / Corporate/Private.

University has signed 43 MOU’s for collaborations to the following International University/Institutions for the purpose of exchange of Academic Inputs, Faculty, Scholars, Students and Joint projects
