Having completed the formal Management Education just before the start of Economic Reforms in India, joined the Financial Services Industry as Customer Relations executive and worked for four years. To fulfill the passion in Teaching, joined the Management Education Services domain and continuing for more than two and half decades with research interest in the areas of Services Management and Marketing along with Logistics Management.
