Dr. Tirupathi Rao Padi currently working as Professor of Statistics, and Dean, Faculty of Mathematical Sciences, Pondicherry University from January 2012 joined as Associate Professor. Worked as Associate Professor and Professor of Statistics at S.V. University Tirupati from July 2007 to December 2011. Teaching career was imitated in November 1988 at Mrs. A.V.N. College, Visakhapatnam- a state government aided college and worked with different capacities like Adhoc Lecturer, UGC Regular Lecturer, Reader and Head of the Department up to 7.7.2007 for a span of around 19 years. Served this university as HoD – Statistics, Nodal Officer – AISHE, Nodal Officer – Swatch Bharath, Member – Academic council, Member-University Court, etc. served the Govt. of India with capacities of Member- Bureau of Indian standards, Govt. of India, Member Advisory committee, Economics and statistics, Govt. of Puducherry, etc.
