Hon’ble Minister of Home Affairs and Education Shri. A. Namachivayam along with Vice-Chancellor (Officiating) Prof. K. Tharanikarasu flagged off the Mini Marathon to encourage greater participation of students and scholars in generating and delivering ideas for a Viksit Bharat @ 2047 in Pondicherry University. During this occasion the Registrar Prof. Rajneesh Bhutani, other faculty members and students are participated.

Thaeanikkarasu inaugurated the invited talk on “Sri Aurobindo & the crisis of Contemporary Culture” organized by the Sri Aurobindo Chair, Pondicherry University. Prof. Sachidananda Mohanty, Sri Aurobindo Chair Punjab University & Ex Vice-Chancellor Central University of Odisha were present.
