JRF students get direct admission to the doctoral programmes of mass communication and electronic media. Non-JRF students desirous of seeking admission into any of the two programmes will have to appear for an entrance examination conducted by the university at the national level. There will be 80 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from subjects taught as part of mass communication and electronic media and 20 questions that from part of English, Maths & Reasoning.
