The objectives of the MSc Environmental Sciences are to provide students the fundamental concepts and principles of environment, to make students aware of the importance of environment and its conservation, to introduce the modern tools and techniques available to study and understand the environment, to teach field techniques, sample collection, mapping and analysis and to make students to take up research and teaching in environmental sciences.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, i.e. in Science, Arts, Humanities, Technology, etc. with a minimum of 55% of marks and working knowledge of Mathematics and Science subjects at higher secondary level.
