P.B.Shankar Narayan, presently working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Social work since 2007. He completed his PhD from Pondicherry University.He holds MA(SW) from Bharathiar University and M.Phil. from Madurai Kamaraj University.He has worked in INGOs, NGOs and in academic institutions before joining Pondicherry University. He has attended various International, National conferences, Symposium and workshop. He has guided 6 M.Phil. scholars and currently guiding 3 PhD scholars. He has published research articles in International & National peer reviewed journals. He is also a life member of NAPSWI, ISPSW, IALSE, ISTD. He is also serving as Deputy Chief Warden on Pondicherry University Boyโs Hostel.
