Dr. K.S.Sekhara Rao has been conferred with his Ph.D degree in finance by the University of Hyderabad in 2013. He has done his MBA (Finance) from Andhra University, MBA (HR & Systems) from Osmania University. He completed his M.Phil in Management from Madurai Kamaraj University and qualified UGC-NET in 2005. He has done his e-DP on Machine Learning from Indian Institute of Management, Raipur. He was a highly motivated and dedicated educator with an experience of more than 15 years in teaching and research. He has served as an Associate Professor in various reputed NAAC “A”++ Universities. His research interest lies in Accounting and finance. He has published more than 70 research papers in various international journals listed in SCOPUS, WoS and ABDC indexes. Recently one of his research papers was announced as one of the best top ten papers in SSRN network. He has supervised and awarded Ph.D degree to three scholars. He has supervised more than 100 research projects of MBA students. He has guided the projects of MBA graduates from Liverpool Business School, Liverpool, Britain. To his credit he has authored two books published by international reputed book publishers. Dr. K.S.Sekhara Rao is an editorial board member for various international reputed journals. He has organized five national seminars/conferences and ten workshops, presented research papers in various national and international seminars/conferences. He held various administrative positions such as, Area Chair – Finance, Chairman – Research progress assessment committee, Professor in-charge for Research activities – NAAC and NIRF in his previous organisations. He has membership in various professional Societies namely: “Strategic Management Society” USA, “Social Science Research Network” (SSRN), World Economics Association and International Society for Professional Innovation Management (ISPIM). Now he is working as Assistant Professor in Department of Banking Technology, Pondicherry University, Pondicherry.
