Dr. Sinouvassane.N has been an academician since beginning the profession at the age of 26 and has chosen to work in the teaching profession (postgraduate teaching, research, and consulting). He serves as an assistant professor at Pondicherry University, School of Management, Department of Management Studies. For three years, he was working as an assistant professor in the department of foreign trade at the Indira Gandhi College of Arts and Sciences, administered by the Government of Puducherry, and for more than 14 years, he possessed a variety of positions at the Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering and Technology, including professor and head of the Department in Management Studies. His domains of specialization include economics, accounting, human resources, and finance. Nine of his articles were presented at national and international conferences, and seven of the articles were published in peer-reviewed and UGC care listed journals. He has also won two best paper awards by Research and Development Association at Jaipur, Rajasthan. He has participated in 32 workshops, seminars, and faculty development programmes.
