Research Area

R. Nakkeeran received B.Sc., in Botany and B.E., in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Madras University in 1987 and 1991, respectively, and M.E., in Electronics and Communication Engineering (diversification in Optical Communication) from Anna University in 1995. He received Ph.D., from Pondicherry University in 2004. Since 1991, he has been with teaching profession. Presently, he is holding the position of Associate Professor in Pondicherry Central University. He is Fellow of IE(I) and OSI, Life Member of IETE and ISTE, Senior Member of IEEE and Member of OSA, SPIE and IEICE. He has published 280+ papers in Journals and Conference Proceedings.
