Dr. R. Kasilingam is the professor of finance, business analytics and business law. He also serves as a Nodal officer for RTI and public grievance of the University for the past 3 ½ years. He is a multi-talented academician with MBA, CMA, ACS, ML, MCA, M.Phil and Ph.D qualifications. He is a university rank holder and was among the toppers from premier academic institutions.

Prof. Kasilingam has a blend of industry and teaching experience spanning more than three decades. He has more than 183 research publications with a citation index of 225, H index of 9 and i10 index of 8.

He has produced eight PhDs, completed two research projects funded by NHRC and ICSSR, evaluated more than 100 PhD theses and serves in the reviewer panel of leading international journals.

He is one of the most sought after expert/resource person by research scholars in India and abroad in the field of data analysis. He has organized 30+ data analysis/model building workshops, MDPs & EDPs and has been a resource person to 138+ workshops, delivered key note addresses and chaired sessions in programs organized by universities and institutes across South India.

He is serving as Board of studies member in colleges and universities such as M.S University and TNOU to mention a few. He is also a member in more than half-a-dozen professional bodies such as MMA, TIES, etc., and associated with TCS for academic initiatives.
