Dr. Basant Kumar Tiwary

About
Research Area

My research group focuses on the molecular evolution and systems biology of complex biological systems such as human brain and complex diseases such as cancer and psychiatric diseases. We are interested in systems level understanding of the evolutionary basis of emergence of these complex processes and diseases in human and its clinical perspective. We are also working on the development of molecular biomarkers for cancer and psychiatric disorders using machine learning approaches.
