Dr. Aiswarya S. Babu has a teaching experience of more than 12 years and is now an associate professor at the Department of English, Pondicherry University. She completed her M.Phil. from the Univeristy of Madras and holds a Ph.D. from the University of Calicut. She has published papers in academic journals and chapters in books on cultural studies, postcolonial literature and young adult fiction and has presented papers in international and national seminars. She has also delivered lectures on cultural studies, gender, and research methodology in colleges and literary forums. She is also a translator and has several academic and literary translations to her credit. She has been associating with people’s collectives like KSSP (Kerala Sasthra Sahitya Parishad) for more than a decade and is committed to contribute towards a knowledge society.
