Research Area
Dr.A.Saravanan is one the faculty member in the Department of Commerce, Karaikal Campus, School of Management, Pondicherry University after serving Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science (Deemed to be University) Chennai. He has a Ph.D. from Pondicherry University, in the area of finance and has over 6 years of teaching and research experience. His research interests include Foreign exchange market, Portfolio Construction, Asset Pricing, Information Asymmetry, Price discovery and Risk analysis. He published more than 21 articles in the refereed National / International Journals published by leading publishers. He presented papers 19 in various Conference and Seminars at National / International levels. Participated 31 National and International seminars/workshops/ Faculty Development Program held various places in India. He organized 16 workshop/ Seminar/ Faculty Development Program at National level.
