Vice-Chancellor Prof. Gurmeet Singh and Director (SEI&RR) congratulated Prof. Bakthadoss and his team whose article on meta-C-H activation being featured on the cover page of the Royal Society of Chemistry, London.

Prof. Gurmeet Singh, Vice Chancellor, Pondicherry University has been released the book on “Landslides: Detection, Prediction and Monitoring: Technological Developments”. The book is co-authored by Dr. P. Thambidurai and the book intends to decipher the knowledge in the advancement of understanding, detecting, predicting, and monitoring landslides” published by Springer Nature, Netherlands

Prof. Gurmeet Singh, Vice Chancellor, Pondicherry University has been released the book on “Impacts of Urbanization on Hydrological Systems in India” published by Springer Nature, Netherlands. The book is co-authored by Dr. P. Thambidurai and documents the various impacts of urbanization on hydrological systems and water resources.

Prof. Gurmeet Singh, Vice Chancellor called on Hon’ble Vice President of India Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar, early this week at Upa-Rashtrapati Nivas, New Delhi.

Prof. Rajneesh Bhutani, Registrar(i/c), Pondicherry University inaugurated the Summer camp organised by the Day Care Centre and Pre-Primary School on 22.05.2023

As a part of green campus initiative, Prof. Gurmeet Singh, VC inaugurated two new e-bikes on 18.05.2023, for ICT related services of Computer Centre. Finance Officer, Faculty, Officers and Staff of Computer Centre were present during the inauguration.

Department of Computer Science, Pondicherry University signed MoU with ERNET India in the presence Vice-Chancellor Prof. Gurmeet Singh, VC on 17.5.2023. Director (SEI&RR), Registrar, Faculty members of Computer Science, Officers and Staff participated during the ceremony.
