Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Prof. P. Prakash Babu participated as the chief guest and delivered the presidential address at the National Symposium on Recent Trends in Structural Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, organized by the Department of Bioinformatics.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. P. Prakash Babu inaugurated the DST-FIST Level B-sponsored Extrusion Hub at the Dept. of Food Science & Technology with the generous support of Dept. of Science & Technology, GoI & delivered the presidential address. Furthermore Pondicherry University aims to empower small-scale food entrepreneurs and farmers.

Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof.P.Prakash Babu, made a courtesy call on Shri K. Kailashnathan, His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor of Union Territory of Puducherry and Chief Rector of Pondicherry University at Raj Niwas on 25.03.2025.

Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Prof. P. Prakash Babu inaugurated the Padam Film Festival organized by the Department of Visual Communication, Pondicherry University Community College and delivered the presidential address. He also felicitated the students for their creative work.

Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. P. Prakash Babu inaugurated the National Conference on Green Energy Technologies for Sustainability (UNESCO Chair Activity) & delivered the presidential address followed by the release of the Abstract Book organized by the Dept of Green Energy Tech.
