As Associate professor in the Department of Physical education, Pondicherry University, I had been experienced in teaching at PG level Physical education students to the present for about 28 years. The areas of Yoga, Exercise Physiology, had been the object of my primary concern from the time I had become part of physical education fraternity. The games of Field Hockey had been my major involvement. I had taken initiative in organizing ‘National Sports Day’ on August 29th annually. I had presented speeches in International Yoga Festival organized by Tourism Department, Government of Puducherry. I have been participating in the organizing of International Day of Yoga on 21st June, in conducting of Yogas workshops and practice of Common Yoga Protocol.
