Dr. V. Sreecharan is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Pondicherry University, Pondicherry. Prior to joining this university, he was an Academic Consultant, in the Department of Management Studies, at Sri Venkateswara University College of Commerce, Management & Computer Science. He earned his Ph.D. in Management from the Department of Management, Sri Venkateswara University College of Commerce, Management & Computer Science. his MBA. in Human Resource Management from the Anna University, Chennai His teaching and research interest include Human resource management, Organization Behaviour, Human resource development, Industrial Relations and labour welfare, Training and development, etc. He has published more than 14 research articles in reputed national and international journals., which are indexed in Scopus and UGC Care.
