I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Education and Sports at Pondicherry University, with over 15 years of experience in sports at various competitive levels. My expertise includes Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, Kinesiology, and sports measurement and evaluation, with a focus on Kabaddi and Cricket. I have represented my state on the South Zone Inter-University Kabaddi Team and received the International Award of Excellence in Research from the International Association of Sports and ICT. Additionally, I have been awarded fellowships for my Ph.D. and Post-Doctoral studies by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR).
