Arulselvan. S., has 23 years of teaching experience in Univeristies. Served Consultant to UNESCO for two years on a Media Development project in Northern Sri Lanka during ceasfire period. Translated a book for UNESCO on Human Rights and another one on Election Reporting. Developed interest in understanding issues related to ‘technology enabled learning’, and served briefly EMRC of Pondicherry University as its Head i/c for about 2 and half years. Published papers on dalit assertion, political communication, media and criminal justice.
