Dr. Rakesh has completed his Ph.D. in commerce from MJPR University, Bareilly. He has 18 years of Teaching and Adminstration experience. During this tenure he has published One Book entitield “Indian Foriegn Policies and Financial Development” in the year 2020. Further, published 10 articles in UGC listed, Peer- reviewed journals, Contributed 3 chatpters and presented 6 papers in national seminars. Presently, he is Working as Assoicate Professor in Department of Management Studies, Pondicherry University.
