Dr. N.Vijayanand is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Pondicherry University, Pondicherry. Prior to joining this university, he was worked as an Assistant Professor, in the Department of Management Studies, at Vels Institute of Science, Technology & Advanced Studies (VELS UNIVERSITY) Chennai. He received his PhD in Management from the department of Management Studies, Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai. His area of teaching & research interest in Human Resource Management & Marketing. He has published more than 15 journals in various reputed National and International journals, which are indexed in Scopus, ABDC, and UGC Care and also, he completed 4 NPTEL Courses, published 5 chapters in edited volumes. He has presented papers in National & International Conferences.
