“I am Dr. M. Tharaheswari, Assistant Professor in the Department of Biochemistry at Pondicherry University Community College (PUCC), Puducherry. I have over 28 years of teaching experience in higher education, having been associated with Pondicherry University Community College since 1998.
Throughout my academic career, I have been actively involved in teaching undergraduate students, conducting practical and laboratory-based sessions, mentoring students, and contributing to academic development. My teaching experience encompasses both theoretical and practical aspects of Biochemistry, with an emphasis on strengthening students’ conceptual understanding and practical skills.
My academic interests include Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Clinical Biochemistry, and allied life science disciplines. Over the years, I have contributed to student learning, academic activities, and the development of professional competencies through classroom teaching, laboratory training, and academic mentorship.
