Dr. Birbikram Singh

About
Research Area

Dr. BirBikram Singh has guided number of research scholars for their PhD and PG dissertation works in the area of Nuclear Physics. His current research projects/interests are related to the study of low energy Heavy Ion Collisions and Cluster Radioactive Decay using the Cluster Decay Models, based on the Quantum Mechanical Fragmentation Theory. He bagged funding from various Govt. agencies for research as well as scientific visits in India and abroad (Belgium, Germany, France and Japan), including a project from DST under the scheme โ€˜Fast Track Proposals for Young Scientistsโ€™. He has published number of research articles in the journals of international repute like Physical Review C, Journal of Physics G: Nuclear and Particle Physics, Nuclear Physics A, etc.
