Research Area
Aiswarya S. Babu is an Associate Professor at the Department of English, Pondicherry University. She completed her MPhil from the University of Madras and her PhD from SKVC, University of Calicut. Her doctoral thesis is on the conversations between the author and the nation in Nobel Laureate Orhan Pamuk’s works. She is interested in Academic Writing, Asian Studies, Cultural Studies, Nationalism Studies, and Translation Studies. She is passionate about translation and has several academic and literary translations to her credit. She has been associating with people’s collectives for more than a decade and is committed to contribute towards a knowledge society.
