Faculty Profile
Dr. A. Malathi is an academician, researcher, and academic administrator with seven years of experience in higher education, teaching, research, and academic administration. Her areas of specialization are Tamil Linguistics and Modern Literature. She has published 50 research papers in national and international journals and conference proceedings and is currently guiding three Ph.D. scholars.
Her academic and professional engagement includes participation in faculty induction and professional development programmes, including initiatives conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and other national-level academic programmes. She has also contributed to literary translation, journalism, student mentoring, and social-awareness initiatives through symposiums and workshops. Her academic interests include Tamil language and literature, Indian Knowledge Systems, research, and socially relevant education.
