Research Area
Dr. A. Pandu is Professor and Head, Department of Commerce, Pondicherry University Community College, Puducherry. He holds postgraduate degrees in Commerce and International Business, an M.Phil. and a Ph.D. His research focuses on work–life balance, quality of life, employee attitudes and attrition, women entrepreneurship, savings behaviour and financial inclusion. He has completed research projects funded by UGC and ICSSR.
