Research Area
Dr. Haripriya received her B.Sc in Food Science and Nutrition from University of Madras in 1998 and her Masters (2000), Masters of Philosophy (2001) and in PhD (2009) in Food Science and Nutrition from Avinashilingam University for Women. Dr. Haripriya worked as an Assistant Professor (2002-2009) and Assistant Professor in Pondicherry University from 2009-2015. She is currently Associate Professor in Department of Food Science and Technology. Dr. Haripriya’s teaching interest include Food chemistry, Nutraceuticals, Food Plant Organization and Public Health Nutrition. At Pondicherry University she teaches Food Chemistry, Nutraceuticals, Technology of Spices and Plantation Crops
