M.B.A. Master of Business Administration (Data Analytics)

The MBA (Data Analytics), a two-year self-financing programme, introduced as per industry demand, aims to comprehend the practice of iterative and methodical exploration of an organization’s data with emphasis on statistical analysis. It trains the students and enhances the skills as per the requirements of the industry and enables them to independently handle data-driven decision making to automate and optimize business processes. The analytical perspective provides clearer insights through data visualization which is essential for decision-making. The advanced analytics tools enable deeper insights and discovery that will challenge business assumptions using data which can help companies save thousands of dollars, improve their procurement efficiency, develop their marketing strategies, support business growth, and critically, differentiate themselves from competitors. It trains students in both analytic tools and their applications in decision making in all the functional areas such as finance, marketing, human resources and operations. Students are given hands-on training on various analytical tools and encouraged to undertake real-time projects for organisations. Tie-ups and interface with corporate make them industry ready professionals for placement in various business and government organisations. Eligibility criteria: Bachelor’s degree such as B.Com/ BBA/ BCA/ B.Sc. Mathematics/ Statistics/Computer Science)/ B.E./ B.Tech with a minimum of 50% marks. Selection process: CAT Score, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Who can prefer this Course

Eligibility

Bachelor’s Degree such as B.Com/ BBA/ BCA/ B.Sc. (Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Science)/ B.E./ B.Tech with 50% marks. Admissions will be based on CAT scores, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The short-listed candidates will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview in the ratio of 1:3. This process will be held during March.
