About
Research Area
Study of isotope composition of radiogenic and stable elements in rocks, minerals and fluids and their applications to trace and quantify various Earth processes, to determine age of rocks and minerals are my areas of interest in teaching and research. My focus has been to understand evolution of crust, mantle and hydrosphere soon after the formation of the Earth through study of Archean rocks of the Dharwar craton. I collaborate with faculty members and researchers from various universities and institutions in India and abroad. I believe teamwork and multidisciplinary approach to solve scientific problems leads to greater achievements.
