However a   reply has been issued giving the particulars he has asked

6   Any facts which indicate an effort by the public authority to   To administer and implement the spirit of the Act, all administer and   implement the spirit and intention of this Act. the Deputy Registrars,   the Director of Distance Education, The Principal, Community College,   the Director, Academic Staff College, and the Chief Warden ( Hostels)   have been designated as Central Public Information Officers and the   Registrar has been prescribed as the Appellate Authority.

  The Registrar conducted meetings to apprise the officers about the RTI   Act and asked for the suggestions for better implementation of the   provisions of the Act. The Information regarding the Central Public   Information Officers with their name, designation, Telephone No. and   E-Mail has been put on the website for easy access to the public.
7   Recommendations for reform, recommendations in respect of the   particular public authorities, for the development improvement,   modernization, reform or amendment to this Act or other legislation or   common law or any other matter relevant for operationalising the right   to access information   It is the early stage: we may be able to offer suggestions after some   more experience in dealing with the requests.
