1.University Hostel - Refund of Caution Deposit

Students who want to refund of caution deposit need to adhere the following requrements.

1. Letter for refund should be forwarded through the H.O.D's of Department Addressed to the Chief Warden/Warden
2. Original Challans issued to the individual should be enclosed.
3. Only A/c Payee Cheque will be issued.
4. Self-Addressed stamped envelop must be given.
