The request for Duplicate Degree Certificate enclosing the Documents mentioned below should be addressed to the Controller of Examinations, Pondicherry University, Puducherry – 605 014.

(1) Fees of Rs.1, 000/- towards Duplicate Degree Certificate and search fee @ Rs.100/- per year from the date of issue of Degree.

(2) Rs.500/- towards Examination Fund;

(3) Fee has to be paid by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, Pondicherry University, Puducherry.

(4) Affidavit from the Notary Public;

(5) Paper advertisement for the lost certificate;

(6) Copy of the non-traceable certificate issued by the Police.

(7) An undertaking to surrender the duplicate degree certificate, in the event of getting back the original degree certificate at a later time.
