• Candidates are strongly advised to have the Demand Draft/Challan/Electronic Transfer for the prescribed fees ready before electronically submitting the application form.

• Enter the correct data in the relevant columns as required

• Ensure that the Computer is connected to a printer for taking print out of filled-in Application form.

• After submitting the application electronically, please wait. The filled-in Application Form will be stored along with Application Number allotted to you.

• Quote this Application Number for taking printout of your Admission Form.

• Take a print out (on A4 size sheet) of this Application form. Page size should be set for A4 size paper.

• Sign the application form ,  enclose two photographs (in which one is affixed & duly attested in the space earmarked) and send them along with Original and attested copies of required documents and the Demand Draft/ Challan to
