CREATION & DEVELOPMENT OF WEB PORTAL
CALLING FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Pondicherry University intends to create and develop a Web Portal exclusively for the use of the Directorate of Distance Education. This Portal is expected to disseminate all communication of the Directorate of Distance Education, carrying information of the courses offered by the DDE, fee structure, admission procedure, details of online admission, syllabus and course material, conduct of the Personal Contact Programme, Centres history sheet of the students, remittance records, issue of Admission, Issue of Identity Card, Duplicate Identity Card, Transfer and Migration Certificates, various forms like, Examination Application Form, Convocation Application Form, assignment submission, Interactive Response Sheet submission, FAQs, Question Bank, etc.,
The intending firms which have already created and developed Web Portal, especially in Universities and Distance Education Mode may submit their proposal along with the budgetary estimates. The proposal shall include development, hosting, maintenance for 2 years and may be sent to:
