Instructions to the Applicants


1. Visit the website www.pondiuni.edu.in and click the Admissions link for getting the MBA Admission details.

 

2. Read the information brochure carefully. Also refer FAQs for any queries.

 

3. Pay the prescribed application fee (in favour of The Finance Officer, Pondicherry University) in any bank through National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT) facility Using Indian Bank IFS Code: IDIB000P152 and the Account number: 866677023

4. Those who are paying through the Indian Bank, Please pay Rs.200/- plus Bank Charges to the respective branches.

 

5. Immediately after payment in the bank, collect your transaction Journal or UTR Number which has to be filled in the application form, without which your application will not be accepted.

 

6. Keep ready soft copy (less than 200 kb in JPEG/GIF format only) of your photograph in 2 cms x 2 cms size.
 

7. Register your details by providing valid E-mail ID and general information which is in Registration Link (This is Part-I of the Application Form)

 
8. Press submit button and wait for the message Successfully Registered & Login Details are sent to your email id.
 
9. Collect your User id and Password from your email. (Please check your SPAM folder also)
 
10. Click Apply Online for filling the Online Application form with Academic Details (Part-II). (Application once submitted cannot be edited, Please fill it carefully)
 

11. Provide the payment details carefully as follows: (For PH candidates, there is no application fee)

      a) Enter Journal Number (if paid through Indian Bank)

      b) Enter UTR Number (if paid through other than Indian Bank)

 

12. Please check all your entries before submitting your application.

 
13. Press submit button to submit the application.
 
14. Upload above prescribed photograph (Refer-5).
 
15. Get the message for your successful registration along with a Unique Application Number which has to be quoted for all future correspondence.
 

16. By using your User-ID & Password, view & print your Application form, affix passport size photograph, sign on the application and forward the same without any enclosures to the following address so as to reach by March 15, 2010 before 5.00 PM.
